ESPN.com Thursday, August 10, 2006 ST. LOUIS -- Here are five observations on the St. Louis Rams, based on camp practices of Aug. 9: 1. Defensive coordinator Jim Haslett looks like a new person. His head coaching job in New Orleans drained him last season. The stress of the move to San Antonio following Hurricane Katrina wore on Haslett and his family.
