Wednesday, July 26, 2006 The problem with major championships for the world's top golfers is that, simply, there just aren't that many of them. Consider there are only four per year, and that many top-level players only have a finite number of years in which their games will peak. Add to it the fact that Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson will apparently grab their fair share of titles, and you can see just how limited the opportunities are.
