The choice of an English Premiership team is easy: Liverpool FC. They are basically the Boston Celtics of the EPL, except right now they are better than the C's. They've won a ton of championships, but none recently, in a working class, historically relevant city (complete with underlying racial tension, although in Liverpool's case it comes from centuries of slave trading).
