Oklahoma State dismisses forward Johnson from team

STILLWATER, Okla. -- Torre Johnson has been dismissed from the Oklahoma State basketball team, coach Sean Sutton said Tuesday. Johnson, a 6-foot-6, 215-pound forward from Milwaukee, played in 30 games for the Cowboys as a junior last season, starting one. He was the team's third-leading scorer at 10.1 points per game and averaged 4.2 rebounds per game for the Cowboys, who finished 17-16. Johnson transferred to Oklahoma State from Garden City (Kan.)
