ESPN.com Monday, July 10, 2006 The NFL has added three more players to its supplemental draft, raising to seven the number of prospects available to teams in the Thursday summertime lottery. Of the three additions, the prospect who arguably has the best chance of being selected is North Carolina State running back/wide receiver Richard Washington, who was dismissed from the Wolfpack program in February 2005 and did not play at any college last season.
