ESPN.com Monday, July 10, 2006 Providence is now on the clock. The aftershocks of Kelvin Sampson's decision to leave Oklahoma for Indiana -- more than three months ago -- reached Providence head coach Tim Welsh's desk this week, so if Welsh wants to blame someone for suddenly needing to fill an assistant coach job in the middle of the July evaluation period, he can point at the former Sooners coach.
