Colts swap Sapp to Ravens for conditional '07 pick

OWINGS MILLS, Md. -- Reserve safety Gerome Sapp is back with the team that drafted him. The Baltimore Ravens on Monday acquired Sapp from the Indianapolis Colts for a conditional draft pick in 2007. Sapp spent the last two seasons with the Colts after being waived by the Ravens in September 2004. He has played in 43 NFL games, including 14 with Baltimore, and recorded 74 tackles.
