ORLANDO -- Day 2 of the Orlando predraft camp games came and went with many NBA GMs missing from the stands. A number of players worked out privately for NBA teams elsewhere in the area, making an already weak camp seem even weaker. While every team had scouts at the camp, there were key moments when decision makers were not there. Asked why he skipped out, one NBA general manager told ESPN.com: "The guys that we want to draft aren't here. Why spend time evaluating your summer league roster?" ...
