WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Los Angeles Dodgers returned to the formula that has served them so well lately. The pitchers were stingy, and Nomar Garciaparra got another clutch hit. Derek Lowe allowed one run over seven innings to win his second straight start and Garciaparra singled in the deciding run in the eighth inning Saturday to give the Dodgers a 3-1 victory over the Washington Nationals.
