Scouts Inc. Tuesday, April 18, 2006 Essentially, there are three quarterbacks who will go in the first round of the 2006 NFL draft. USC's Matt Leinart and Texas' Vince Young should come off the board in the top 10. Vanderbilt's Jay Cutler has been talked about as a potential top-five pick with the New York Jets but should come off the board somewhere between the 10th and 20th selections.
