HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. -- It's officially golf season for South Carolina coach Steve Spurrier. The Gamecocks' second-year coach played in the Verizon Heritage pro-am Wednesday, paired with defending champion Peter Lonard. "It was a good crowd.
