DALLAS (Ticker) -- If the Columbus Blue Jackets ever hope to win a road game against the Dallas Stars, they cannot afford to take penalties. Jason Arnott and defenseman Janne Niinimaa scored power-play goals and Marty Turco made just 14 saves for the Stars, who beat the Blue Jackets for the 10th consecutive time with a 3-2 triumph.
