Dominican, Venezuela set to square off

ORLANDO, Fla. -- With the last two American League Cy Young Award winners on the mound and lots of All-Stars ready to swing the bat, the Dominican Republic and Venezuela will open up Pool D on Tuesday in the first round of the World Baseball Classic. Lefty Johan Santana, the Cy Young winner in 2004, will face Dominican right-hander Bartolo Colón, who won the award last year.
