LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Sean Avery is still a work in progress for the Los Angeles Kings, who are trying to keep him out of the penalty box and get him on the scoresheet. Avery, whose 625 penalty minutes over the last three seasons are the most of any NHL player, scored twice within three minutes of the second period and helped the Kings to a 3-2 victory over the Columbus Blue Jackets on Saturday.
