SAN ANTONIO -- After a disappointing senior season, Texas A&M quarterback Reggie McNeal turned the East-West Shrine game into his personal restoration project. McNeal passed for 211 yards and two touchdowns -- the second coming with two minutes left -- to rally the West to a 35-31 win Saturday in a college all-star game that wasn't decided until the final play of a frantic fourth quarter.
