When disgruntled Chiefs president Carl Peterson announced his proposal to expand the number of playoff teams from 12 to 14 this week, here was my first reaction: "Sour grapes, buddy! Maybe if your guys had decided to tackle Tiki Barber two weeks ago, you wouldn't be complaining about missing the playoffs!
