Special to ESPN Insider Wednesday, December 7, 2005 You will notice two subtle changes this week on my Big Board, with Texas Tech free safety Dwayne Slay and Georgia guard Max Jean-Gilles joining the top-25 club. A junior college transfer, Slay really came into his own this season with the Red Raiders. A rugged enforcer with a linebacker's mentality, Slay established a Big 12 record with eight forced fumbles.
