Saturday, December 3, 2005 DURHAM, N.H. -- Brian Wingert's 22-yard field goal early in the fourth quarter gave Northern Iowa a 24-21 victory over New Hampshire in an NCAA I-AA quarterfinal game Saturday. The Panthers (10-3) play Texas State in next Saturday's semifinals. Wingert, who kicked a game-winning field goal with 51 seconds left last week against Eastern Washington, hit his 22-yarder with 11:50 remaining.
