On Mondays, we examine news and trends from weekend games and look ahead to the upcoming week. Week 12 Pivotal Performance Baltimore TE Todd Heap had an average draft position of 41.1 in ESPN.com leagues this season, yet through the first 11 games of the season, he had not shown much to warrant such a position, and might have been the biggest disappointment at tight end this season.
