The first month of the season has taken me to Boston, Miami, Indianapolis, Auburn Hills, Mich., East Rutherford, N.J., and, of course, Madison Square Garden, where ESPN hasn't yet managed to get an assigned work station in a press room where Bloomberg News gets two spots. The only time Bloomberg double-staffs a Knicks game is when the mayor attends with his bodyguard. Despite all those nights of game coverage in NBA arenas, the one thing I'm doing more than ever before is watching television. ... Activate your ESPN Profile!
