WASHINGTON (AP) -- Stefan Ruzicka scored the only goal in the shootout to give the Philadelphia Flyers a wild, come-from-behind 7-6 victory over the Washington Capitals on Saturday night. Washington was seemingly in command with a 5-1 lead after two periods. But Jonathan Sim sparked Philadelphia's five-goal third period with three scores, including one with 16.2 seconds left that forced overtime.
