The intrigue surrounding Russian-born forwards Ilya Kovalchuk and Pavel Datsyuk continues to swirl. Here is the latest information we have been able to verify on both players. Kovalchuk has signed a contract with Khimik Voskresensk of the Russian Super League, which began its regular season earlier in the week. The club is located just outside of Moscow.
