This week's list is an attempt to pick the top impact true freshman this fall. (Caveat: I'm not saying these will be the top 25 guys of all time, just that they are most likely to make the biggest dent in the 2005 season.) 1) Derrick Williams, WR-KR, Penn State: Ted Ginn version 2.0? He is a dynamic talent who is expected to get 10-15 touches a game in hopes of rescuing the dismal PSU offense.
