Miami Hurricanes Devin Hester is the most explosive all-around return specialist in the nation and is the individual that puts Miami's special teams unit atop all others in college football. Hester averaged 17.2 yards per punt return, including three for scores. He also averaged 25.9 yards per kickoff return, including one more for a score.
