In this northeast suburb of Atlanta, a city of only about 16,000 and with a name that sounds like it came from a Dr. Seuss book, one might guess that former University of Georgia defensive end David Pollack would be the biggest celebrity. After all, how many high-profile personalities can there be in the 9.7 square miles encompassed by the incorporated city of Snellville?
