ESPN Insider Monday, July 18, 2005 With just five days before the league lifts its moratorium on player movement, this summer's free agent frenzy appears to have hit a lull. With most of the top unrestricted free agents off the board, and the top young restricted free agents waiting for the moratorium to end before announcing their intentions, free agent news slowed to a trickle this weekend.
