ESPN.com Tuesday, July 12, 2005 DETROIT -- More than two months after Bud Selig fired off a letter to the players' union proposing tough new steroid penalties, he's still waiting for a response, he said Tuesday. "I understand their process [of running ideas past players] is a little more fragmented than ours," Selig said, in a meeting with the Baseball Writers Association of America.
