WIMBLEDON, England – It was a perfect day for wandering at Wimbledon, for wondering which court to pop in on next, for sampling a splendid smorgasbord of 71 scheduled matches. And for savoring the panorama of the All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club in all its picturesque glory.
