Brandon Rush withdrew from the NBA draft, but that doesn't mean he's off to college. Amir Johnson stayed in, but that doesn't mean he's going in the first round. Rush, a wing from Mount Zion Christian Academy (N.C.), had a successful run in the Chicago predraft camp.
