Judging from the smile on Bucks general manager Larry Harris' face and the frowns on just about everyone else's, the 2005 NBA draft lottery did more damage than good Tuesday night. The whole event is really 15 of the most awkward minutes on live television. Thirteen people sitting on stage and masking their emotions as the fates of their respective franchises are decided by ping-pong balls and secret envelopes.
