Jon Lieber did not get his fifth win of the season Tuesday night, but as I was watching him pitch, with sweet thoughts of a 20-win season in my head – hey, he has done it before – I began to wonder: When's the last time a pitcher won 20 games in a season and didn't strike out 100 hitters? Of course, this is relevant to 5x5 fantasy leagues, which 99 percent of leagues are these days. Many fantasy owners only choose to draft strikeout pitchers.
