Dud of a day A friend of mine and I went fishing on a farm pond, and we were alarmingly unsuccessful. It was a cloudy day and the weather was mild, not too hot. It had also rained heavily the day before when I'd caught three or four good fish with as many strikes. The next day we arrived at 6 a.m. and my friend caught three good fish and then the action stopped.
