Monday, April 11, 2005 DOHA, Qatar -- One false start and you're out. The IAAF Council proposed a no false-start rule Monday, meaning a sprinter in the Olympics or world championships who jumps the gun would be immediately disqualified. The full congress of track and field's world governing body will vote on the proposed change in August before the worlds in Helsinki, Finland.
