Shallow sonar

In a shallow water environment like the Louisiana Delta, bass anglers might not attach much significance to sonar use. After all, a 7 ½-foot flippin' stick jabbed down into the water could probably deliver just as much depth information. Even Kevin VanDam wouldn't argue the point.
