WASHINGTON (AP) -- Jahsha Blunt scored 12 points and Delaware State wrapped up the second seed in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference tournament with a 64-57 victory over Howard on Saturday. Aaron Williams added 11 points and Terrence Hunter had 10 points and nine rebounds for the Hornets (16-13, 14-4), who held Howard to just 17 points in the first half and forced 15 turnovers for the game.
