Tulane 79, Southern Miss 49

NEW ORLEANS, Miss. (AP) -- Lakethia Hampton scored 23 points and grabbed nine rebounds as Tulane routed Southern Miss 79-49 on Saturday. D'Aundra Henry added 14 points for Tulane (11-16, 3-11) and had 10 rebounds. Shannon Stueber led the Golden Eagles (9-18, 3-11 Conference USA) with 18 points. Emer Foley added 14 points for Southern Miss. Tulane hit 41.3 percent from the floor and held Southern Miss to just 32.6 percent.
