HATTIESBURG, Miss. (AP) -- Shannon Stueber had 27 points and Emer Foley had a double-double to lead Southern Mississippi to an 80-73 win over Tulane on Saturday night. Foley had 16 points and 13 rebounds for the Golden Eagles (8-14, 2-7 Conference USA), who shot nearly 53 percent from the field and won their second straight since a five-game losing streak.
