Signing day started with QB Ryan Perrilloux's long-expected switch from Texas to LSU, and the excitement never slowed down. Florida State came on strong, as it always does. USC and Oklahoma flexed its muscles. Nebraska and Iowa joined the usual suspects in the top 10, while Miami and Texas fell out of the top 10. Whew. What will I remember most about signing day 2005?
