Scouts, Inc. Thursday, January 13, 2005 SAN FRANCISCO The overall talent at this year's East-West Shrine game is about what it has been for the past several years. The majority of players participating range from late-Day 1 prospects to late-round prospects. The disappointing aspect of this talent pool is the lack of elite prospects and an increasing number of players with no chance of making it in the NFL.
