PIVOTAL PERFORMANCES - WEEK 14 Chris Chandler: Marc Bulger can't return soon enough. Everything with Chandler seemed to move in slow motion in his start against Carolina. He went through his progressions slowly, and displayed the mechanics and velocity of a man who really needs to retire.
