A quick analysis of players picked in the major league portion of the 2004 Rule 5 draft held Monday. Each selection costs $50,000. Players selected must stick on the 25-man roster of the selecting team for the entire 2005 season, or be offered back to the original club for $25,000. 1) Arizona selects Angel Garcia (RHP, Minnesota).
