ATHENS, Ohio (AP) -- Ohio State matched the record for the most lopsided victory in the women's program when the Buckeyes (No. 10 ESPN/USA Today; No. 11 AP) defeated Ohio 107-37 Wednesday night. Reserve Tamarah Riley scored 18 points in 18 minutes, and Caity Matter added 14 points for the Buckeyes (6-1). Ohio State also won by 70 points when it defeated Akron 105-35 on Feb. 22, 1977.
