LOS ANGELES -- With No. 1 Lindsay Davenport missing out on qualifying for the semifinals, the No. 1 ranking is in Amelie Mauresmo's reach. Today, we'll test how much she's feeling the pressure of going for No. 1. Mauresmo stays in the running for year-end No. 1 if she defeats Serena Williams in their semifinal.
