SEATTLE (AP) -- California was flat in the first half. Good thing for the Golden Bears that J.J. Arrington, Aaron Rodgers and Marshawn Lynch can turn it on in a hurry. Arrington ran for 84 of his 121 yards in the second half and Rodgers shook off a slow start to throw two touchdown passes, helping Cal (No. 6 ESPN/USA Today, No. 5 AP) beat woeful Washington 42-12 on Saturday.
