YOU'VE GOT MEL | Mel Kiper Jr.'s Mailbag Q: He isn't eligible for the draft until 2006, but I'm wondering what you think of USC running back Reggie Bush. He reminds me alot of a Marshal Faulk. Dan, Chicopee, Mass. KIPER -- Bush is a tremendous player who currently ranks second on my Heisman Trophy watch list.
