BIG BOARD: Kiper's Top 25 NFL prospects | Sept. 15 The shuffling continues and players keep coming and going on my Big Board of the top 25 draft-eligible NFL prospects. The final five names on this week's list are all new to the board in 2004, led by Virginia guard Elton Brown at No. 21. There are now 12 offensive players and 13 defenders on the board.
