BC, Hawaii make big August additions

Boston College pulled off an August recruiting coup for the second straight summer. The Eagles this week got 6-foot-10 John Oates to commit to play for them this fall after Oates had originally planned on going to Blair Academy (N.J.) for a post-graduate year.
