TROON, Scotland --- How All-American am I feeling after a week at the British Open? So All-American, that as I sat in the interview room with new British Open champ Todd Hamilton, I wanted to grab the press room microphone, point at Hamilton, pause, and say: "You used to work at All-American Burger."
