Miami-Florida has pledged Class 2005 defensive back Randy Phillips of Belle Glade-Glades Central, Fla. Arizona has a Class 2005 commitment from defensive lineman Anthony Sapa of Moreno Valley, Cal/Riverside CC, Cal., over Arizona State, Oregon State and Nebraska.
