ESPN.com Thursday, July 15, 2004 We always hate to deliver bad news to our favorite commish, Bud Selig, when he's feeling sunnier than the entire island of Aruba. But here goes: If the commish really wants home-field advantage in the World Series to continue being tied to the results of the All-Star Game, he can't just snap his fingers and make it happen.
